14ème édition de notre Programme de mentoring international des femmes de l’audiovisuel à Cannes… et toujours autant de bonheur à l’organiser !
The 14th edition of our International Mentoring Programme for Women in the Audiovisual Industry — and it’s still just as much of a joy to lead!
MédiaClub’Elles once again brought together inspiring women from across the global entertainment industry for the International Mentoring & Networking Breakfast for Women in Entertainment, at #MIPCOM, in partnership with MIP Markets.
An opportunity to exchange experiences and share so many good tips on leadership, confidence and career development with very inspiring women leaders !
Here I share with you some key takeaways :
👉 “Be bold, don’t apologize for being a woman.”
👉 “Make sure you know who you are before stepping into the room.”
👉 “Be your own mentor, speak to yourself like your best friend would.”
👉 “Always remember your purpose. It will guide you through difficult times.”
👉 “In the age of disruption, embrace the process of reinvention.”
